The team

The people you'll actually work with, side by side: people who've lived in these markets and built businesses across them. Not a single point of contact, and not a stranger you're introduced to after the contract is signed.

We didn't hire a team. We built one.

Some of us met as customer and supplier, sitting on opposite sides of a real deal. Others had spent years at some of the biggest names in their industries, or built businesses of their own. Then, on one business trip, a few of us sat down together and started talking about what we could build.

We already trusted each other, knew what each person was good at, and realized that together we could cover ground none of us could cover alone.

That's what makes this team different. We're not a group of people brought together just to fill out a company website. We'd already done business together, worked together, and built trust before Cross Meridian existed.

Today, we're on the ground in China, the Americas, and Europe at the same time. Being spread across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Miami, Guadalajara, and Madrid isn't something we work around. It's part of why this works.

When you're helping a company operate across borders, things don't stay neatly separated. A sales conversation can become a supply chain problem. Something happening with a supplier in China can affect a customer in Latin America. Having people in different places who already know how to work together means we're not starting from scratch every time something crosses a border.

Meet the team

The operator

Wilson — Madrid, Spain · Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, English

Grew up in China, studied Spanish and international trade, then took his own trading company from China into Latin America and built it there himself, until customers stopped seeing him as an outsider and started treating him as a local. He's since done the same across the US market. Two decades of cross-border deals and market development, built on relationships and trust.

Supply chain specialist

Kyde — Hong Kong · Mandarin, Cantonese, English

Three decades directing product realization and supply chain operations, making sure products get made, moved, cleared, and delivered, with logistics, customs, and fulfillment handled by someone who's done it for decades.

Procurement specialist

Lilian — Shanghai, China · Mandarin, English, Spanish

Two decades in procurement and sourcing across FMCG, electronics, and consumer products, working out of China for some of the world's biggest names. Genuinely on the ground, from the factory floor to the port, because no detail is too small to matter.

Marketing & sales

Julian — Miami, US · Spanish, English

Decades connecting Latin American markets with Chinese suppliers: sourcing, building relationships, and navigating the cultural gap between both sides. A native Spanish speaker who understands how business actually gets done across the region.

International marketing

Xin — Shenzhen, China · Mandarin, Spanish, English

Five years across international marketing in Asia, Europe, and North America, living and working across different cultures and understanding how differently people communicate, decide, and connect with brands.

Data & market insights

Sandra — Guadalajara, Mexico · Spanish, English

A data analyst with over a decade of experience turning market data into decisions companies can act on. An early adopter of AI tools, she uses them to sharpen her analysis without letting them replace her judgment, and has helped many companies read new markets ahead of expansion, with sharp insight into trends across the Americas.

Legal & compliance

External network — China, Spain, US & Latin America

A standing network of law firms and industry specialists across the markets we work in: legal, customs, and regulatory questions handled by people who actually know the local rules, not a generic template.
